Dave Rowlands - President FWPG

Dave Rowlands is an accomplished General Manager, Entrepreneur and Strategist, with 25 years experience leading worldwide operations, engineering, lean six sigma, purchasing and key strategic initiatives.

Dave has led operations in sales, technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and purchasing on a global basis. He has worked with many leaders from around the world, from startups to large corporations, and is experienced in leading multifunctional, multicultural situations, especially during financial crises, turnarounds or rapid expansions. Dave also brings a strong continuous improvement and financial focus to the business of serving customers.

Dave is also widely recognized as a thought leader in Strategic Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. He has led very large, complex deployments in every function of a company, generating in excess of $100M in improvements annually. He is a member of the Board of the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence, and a lead examiner for the Prize, during which time he has worked with many technology, telecomm, engineering, biopharma and defense firms.
